Mizuna, also known as Japanese Mustard Green, has been used in Japan since ancient times making it a classic heirloom variety. 

It has green serrated leaves with a piquant flavour and a mild peppery tang. You can use it in similar manner to rocket in salads or in cooking, e.g. stir fries.

Mizuna is a cold and moist tolerant plant and it can be grown as cut and come again through most of the year.
