Alaskan Fancy

3.00

Alaskan Fancy is a hardy bush tomato producing a good crop of early red tomatoes with a tendency of some yellow tones.

Hailing from Alaska, the variety does well in cooler climates with shorter summers as well as in early summer gardens.

It is known to give good yields of tomatoes (50-60g) that are round to plum shaped. The fruits have a mild pleasant tomato flavour and they are well suited as salad tomatoes, canning etc.

The growths habit is “bushy” but it needs some support to keep it off the ground and improve on air circulation. Some suckers can be removed to train and tidy it up a bit, but it is not necessary.
